Note:- फॉर्म भरते समय जिन छात्र/छात्रा का ऑनलाइन पेमेंट कट गया हो और नामांकन पूरा नही हुआ हो, वैसे छात्र/छात्रा दोबारा पेमेंट नहीं करे, वो अपना Registration No, नाम और पेमेंट Payment Id यहाँ दिए हुए WhatsApp नंबर तथा ईमेल पर भेज दें और 24 Hours तक इंतज़ार करें।
Filling up the Online Exam Form
Instructions.
For fill form, you must have Login Id and Password of Sem-IV.
For Login by clicking on the “Graduation Sem-V Exam Form Login for fill Exam Form
The entire online application process is divided into five tabs (sections/pages) and the
applicant needs to enter details in each of the sections correctly.
There is a Preview page has modification option before going to the Print Form. Correct using modification option if any Data fill mistakenly.
There are only online payment option (Credit Card, Debit Card, Internet Banking and UPI).
Required Documents (Scanned Copy in .JPG Format).
Admit Card of U.G. Sem-IV, Size of the scanned documents is not more than 150 KB.
